Embarc Solutions ("Embarc", "we", "us", or "our") is a business process outsourcing company that provides customer care and account retention services by phone and SMS on behalf of internet service provider clients. We contact those clients' existing customers about their own active accounts. We do not buy leads, we do not cold call, and we do not collect phone numbers through this website for messaging purposes. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and store it, the limited circumstances in which it is disclosed, and how you can request deletion. It aligns with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and applicable US privacy laws.

Information We Collect

• Identifiers and contact data you provide through our forms (name, email, phone, city/state) when you apply as a representative, request partnership information, or contact us.
• Professional information you choose to share such as prior sales experience.
• Internet and device activity (log data) collected automatically including IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, referring pages, and date/time/duration of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment card data through this Site.

Payment Information and PCI Compliance

Embarc does not collect, store, process, or transmit cardholder data on our own systems. Any subscriber payments associated with our carrier partners are handled entirely through those carriers' own systems and their PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. Cardholder data never touches Embarc infrastructure, and our internal practices are designed to keep it that way. Requests about how a specific carrier handles payment information should be directed to that carrier.

Any SMS messages we send are sent on behalf of an internet service provider client to that provider's existing customers, about their own active account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. This website does not collect phone numbers for messaging purposes.

How We Use Service Providers

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, form processing, communications) and may use the information only to provide those services to us, under contract, and never for their own marketing.
• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

Reporting a Security Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting the Site or Embarc's systems, please review our Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure policy and email security@embarcsolutions.com. We welcome good-faith reports and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow the policy.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; contact us if you believe a child provided information and we will delete it.
